I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forgot your password, you can have a password reminder automatically e-mailed to you. Just go to the login page, and scroll down to the "Recover Password" button.

How can I get a receipt for my payments?
To get an online receipt, please visit this link (it might prompt you to login first). Recent payments are usually reflected on the receipt within a week of the transaction.
I tried to register, but didn't receive my confirmation code
Some e-mail services with aggressive spam filters might mislabel the confirmation email as "spam" or "junk". If you don't find the e-mail in your regular inbox, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder for an e-mail with the subject line "Confirmation Email"
Every time I try to login, it takes me back to the login page
This is usually caused by one of two conditions which you should be able to adjust on your own computer (ask your office technical support if you need help for your specific computer).
1. Browser Cookies. You must have "cookies" enabled in your web browser in order to login to the website. Please verify that cookies are enabled on your browser for this site.
2. Date/Time setting. Please verify that the date and time on your computer are set reasonably close to the correct date and time.

How much does a subscription cost?
Individual subscription rates are:
$29.95 for a single month
$19.95 for an automatically recurring monthly subscription (bills every month until cancelled. Two-month minimum)
$200 for a pre-paid annual subscription (best deal for regular users)
These subscription rates are for a single user only. We also offer attractive corporate discounts for multi-user groups. (see below)
Can a group of us in my office share the subscription?
The standard subscription rates apply to a single user only. For discounted group rates, see below.
Do you offer discounted corporate subscriptions?
Yes. The group discount schedule for prepaid annual subscription is as follows:
1st user -- $200
2nd user -- $100 additional
each additional user -- $50 additional
e.g. for a group of 5 users, the rate is $200 + 100 + 3*50 = $450, a 55% discount off the individual rate of 5 users @ $200/user.

Are your cost estimates accurate?
Our cost estimates are just that -- estimates, and are most useful for making qualitative comparisons between funds that are otherwise similar. We believe that our estimates are pretty good for this purpose. More detailed information on our methodology is given in this White Paper and on this page.
